I am a passionate sales professional who has leveraged my love for sales into a career in operations. I am an enthusiastic champion of the steel industry, particularly the steel joist and deck industry. I am an employee who is thankful to work for one of the most caring, employee-first companies in New Millennium and Steel Dynamics. Lastly, I am an extrovert who believes, thrives, and enjoys human interaction.
Started my journey as a sales professional in the steel joist industry, growing to a regional manager for the West Coast. After over 15 years in sales, I was lucky to be allowed to move into a General Manager role running the West coast plant. As in sales, being a great general manager is about building great relationships.
